Removed from Japanese communications equipment, these buttons push fit onto the Blue Mitsui switches shown in one of the photographs. I am not supplying the switch assemblies, they are just shown to give an idea of what type of shaft these buttons were used with.

BROWN:
7.9mm wide x 6.4mm height x 7.6mm front to rear
At the rear is a VERY thin flange as these buttons were protruding through a front panel cutout, making the rear measurement 9.7mm x 7.9mm
IVORY WHITE:
Notice that these have an ever so slightly height compared to the BROWN

The receptacle at the rear (for the switch shaft) is really difficult to get the micrometer into so I measured the shaft of the switch assembly instead ...
The shaft that 'push fits' into these buttons is 3.4mm x 3.4mm and the shaft length is 5.5mm
