Circa 1950's, based on the backstamp design.
Pattern name: Manor Roses
Translucent fine china, meaning that when it is held to the light you can easily see the shadow of your hand through the chinaware
Hand decorated by both the artist and gilder
The design is yet another variation on the flowers theme, Pink & Yellow roses in fact. "Countess high back style" handle, with finishing of the decoration using Gold gilding around the top scalloped rim, inside the mouth of the teacup, down both sides and the back of the handle and around the base foot.

This is the REALLY IMPORTANT part!
CLEAN
NO cracks at all
NO chips at all
NO discolouration or wear to the artwork decoration
NO wear or scratching to the extensive Gold gilding, not even the most used areas such as the top rim and around the handle - very nice indeed!
NO crazing observed, dry and wet checked
