Bell China was the trade name used by Shore & Coggins Ltd, England
The backstamp indicates the period that this piece left the works would have been somewhere between 1936 & 1966 although I feel the 1950's would be a more accurate time period for this piece based on the hand painted decoration, art design with soft pale colouring and the tea cup shape.
At the moment, my wife has not handed me any other pieces of this Old Country Spray design, just this teacup is currently available.

Fine Bone China Teacup

Probably circa 1950's period
Translucent fine china, meaning that when it is held to the light you can easily see the shadow of your hand through the chinaware
Hand painted
Soft, pale "spray" of typical English meadow flowers (including Bluebells) with decoration INSIDE the teacup mouth.
TWO artwork designs are painted onto the cup, the largest on one side, a smaller (different) design on the other side and a small bouquet WITHIN the teacup.
Gold gilding has been applied around the top rim, both sides and the back of the handle and around the base.

Artist's mark is at the base of the the backstamp, no gilder's markings

CONDITION:
Very Good condition
NO cracks
NO fleabites
NO crazing
Artwork is not worn at all
NO tannin (tea) stains inside the cup
Gold gilding is in very good condition, no wear is apparent to any area ... even the often handled handle, nice!
Overall, this teacup is a nice, warm feeling teacup and just a little different with the lovely Bluebell flowers.
