ALL components have been sourced through reputable local distributors, in this case, RS Electronics although this was a long time ago and it no longer appears to be listed in their catalogue (but Element 14 lists them)
Like the age of manufacture, it was a LONG time ago that we used these in our R&D and short run manufacturing ... but I can see that technical information is not difficult to find online
