Digipak is in good condition although there is handling wear to the spine edge - not too bad though, no personal writing.
CD media is in very good condition, visually inspected under a bright White halogen light source and I can see NO marks or scratches at all. Just looking at the media is not a great way to judge the condition so I played the ENTIRE release, every track completely, and there are no issues with playback at all.
