This CD album is an orphan ... What does that mean?

In 2012, there was a compilation released called The Complete Studio Albums (1983 - 2008) and this is album is just ONE from that box set of 11 CD's - I have been unable to find the rest of the special box set so I am offering only the album "Confessions On A Dance Floor" from that box set - this is housed in a cardboard sleeve, not a CD jewel case.

Cardboard CD sleeve is in very good condition, no seam splits and no personal writing

CD media is in very good condition, visually examined under a bright White halogen light source and I can see NO marks or scratches on the media at all. I then played the ENTIRE release, every track, and there are no issues with playback at all.
