Generic Tempo cover is in good condition, tired looking but no significant tears and no seam splits. No personal writing on the cover but there is some small print on the Side A record label (near the centre hole) nothing on the Side B label.
New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in very good condition, visually inspected under a bright white halogen light source and I can see just a couple of very light scratches on either side. Just looking at the vinyl is not a great way to judge the condition so I then played this single ENTIRELY, both sides completely, and there are no issues with surface noise nor clicks n pops.
