Double CD jewel case, front cover and rear inlay are in good with no personal writing ... note though that the case does have some scuff marks due to handling but NO cracks! I have no changed the case because of the front promotional labels that have been applied.
Both the CD & DVD media are in very good condition. Visually inspected both discs and I can see no marks or scratches on either ... not surprising really as this was an "Industry Only" evaluation copy and if it was played by the staff in our audio production facilities (previous business), it would have only been once. In a rare departure from my normal practices when listing any music CD or DVD, I have not played either disc - I could see no point because I know it is "as new"
