So many releases of this album so I have tried to provide as much information as possible so that it can be established exactly which release this was but if I was to take a stab at it ... I believe it is THIS release

CD case, front cover and rear inlay are all in very good condition with no personal writing.

Significantly, the front cover is simply a single page printed on both sides. The "inside" of this page is printed in monochrome and the design is a duplicate outline of the front page graphics which some numbers in key areas of the graphics - see the photograph to interpret what I mean
I suspect that there must have been a separate booklet but if that is the case, I certainly do not have it!
CD face indicates the catalogue number as CDP 7464422 with the Digital Audio Technologies Australia logo
CD media is in very good condition, visually examined under a bright white halogen light source and I can see NO marks or scratches on the media at all. Just looking at the disc is not the best way to judge the condition so I then played the ENTIRE release, every track, and there are absolutely no issues with playback at all.
