I just love Lorin switch products and here are a few more that I have extracted from some UK Test Equipment.
These are completely sealed, with Silver plating right out to the rear solder tags and the clever stop ring which means you can adjust the switch to suit your switching needs.
LORIN ELECTRONICS (UK) - Rotary Switches
Made in United Kingdom (LORIN-UK into the top of the switch body)
I have two different types of Lorin's ... you can select which type best suits your purposes by using the rectangular box on this page
TYPE A: 12 position
Action: 1 pole x up to 12 positions
Why "up to 12 positions"?
Because these high quality LORIN switches have a stop ring which is user adjustable. Undo the front brass nut/lock washer and this reveals the stop ring. Place the little finger on this ring in any of the 12 positions and this prevents the switch going past the selected position e.g place the stop ring in position 4 and you have a 4 position rotary switch, not 12 - nice flexible engineering here.
Solder tag (with hole) for hard wiring direct to the switch
The switch has clearly marked (stamped into the body) position numbers on both sides, it is very easy to locate positioning of the switch.
Contact material: Brass with Ag plating (Silver)
This Silver plating actually extends right out onto the solder tags
Switching lifecycle (typical) greater than 10,000 operations (manufacturer's specifications) although I could not even guess how many operations the switches have already seen, I seriously doubt it would be anywhere near 10,000!
Polamide body, shaft which is entirely sealed
Black plastic 6.3mm D shaped shaft diameter x 11mm length (Yes, the shaft has been cleanly cut short)
Switch body 26mm diameter x 13mm deep
Supplied with the stop ring, lock washer and Brass nut
Further technical and physical data is readily available online, current stock item at Element 14 (UK)
TYPE B: 4 position
Action: 4 pole x up to 4 positions
Why "up to 4 positions"?
Because these high quality LORIN switches have a stop ring which is user adjustable. Undo the front nut/lock washer and this reveals the stop ring. Place the little finger on this ring in any of the 4 positions and this prevents the switch going past the selected position e.g place the stop ring in position 2 and you have a 2 position rotary switch, not 4 - nice flexible engineering here.

COSMETIC CONDITION:
The following relates to ALL of the LORIN switches I am offering here
USED (Extraction from test equipment)
Clean body
NO Solder tag damage and all tags have been cleaned of solder dags with the centre hole open
I noticed some tarnishing (Silver Oxide) to the tags so I have given them a cleanup ... this is not "rust" but a fact of life with Silver plated items that have been exposed to the air for a period of time. All switches are perfectly solder-able.
Each switch has been individually packed into a sealed, clear plastic packet.
