Double CD case, front cover and rear inlay are all in very good condition.
Both CD media are in good condition, visually inspected under a bright white halogen light source and I can see a very light mark on CD 1 & NO marks or scratches on CD 2 at all. I then played the ENTIRE album, both CD's and every single track, and there are absolutely no issues with playback at all.
