CD case, front cover and rear inlay are all in very good condition
CD media is in very good condition, visually examined under a bright White halogen light source and I can see just one very short & light scratch on the outer edge of the data area. Just looking at the disc is not a great way to judge the condition so I then played the ENTIRE album, every track completely, and there are no issues with playback at all.
