HEADS UP!
Took this CD off the shelf yesterday and it presented me with a couple of surprises ...
Although, as far as I have been able to establish, this is appears to be a fully licenced product it has some unusual features.
A: The media has NOT been pressed, this is a CDr with a screen printed face. Full credits are printed on the face "under licence from Spivey Music Company"
B: All paperwork i.e the front 4 page cover (inside pages are plain White) look to be offset printed, as normal, on a fairly heavy grade paper. This is not inkjet printing! Reference on the inside of the cover to P Vine Records. The front cover graphics have been copied from the original 1968 vinyl album artwork but the colouring has been changed substantially. The rear inlay has been printed also using offset, sharp and easy to read, with credits to the owner of the recordings (Shivey Music) and this releases catalogue number.
C: Unlike the original vinyl recording that this release is based on, 4 bonus tracks have been added.
D: I cannot find any reference to this Japanese release at all using the usual music reference sites although I did find references directly at Japanese speciality music stores, such as P-VINE

CD case, front cover and rear insert are all in very good condition, no personal writing.
CDr media is in very good condition, visually inspected under a white halogen light source and I can see NO marks or scratches on the media at all. A visual inspection doesn't always cut it so I played this release ENTIRELY, every single track, and there are no playback issues at all.
NOTE: Some, especially older players, may have issues reading CDr's so you need to make sure your player can reliably play a CDr (light Green colouring dye)

SPECIAL NOTE: I noticed on one of the bonus tracks a "thump" that occasionally occurred which appears to be from the source recording ... a sound similar to someone knocking the microphone while recording.
