Extracted from European test equipment, nice looking knob but note that the collet is designed for a small diameter metal control shaft. Although I cannot recall the exact "donor" equipment, this knob looks a lot like a top knob for a concentric control particularly with the 4x underside slots which may have mated with a larger, lower indicator scale of some sort ... the memory isn't great these days, I just cannot remember.

No ID markings at all could be seen
Material: Thermoplastic body & removable top cap with a Brass collet assembly inside
Colour: Light Grey body with the distinctive Ruby Red top cap
The knob sides are slightly bevelled, fluted and a single Black pointer line down the entire length of the side.
Collet is tightened using an internal hex shaped nut

The centre hole (for the metal control shaft) measures only 3mm ID - this knob will not fit your standard 1/4" or even 6mm shafts
