Country of origin is unknown ... no ID markings at all could be seen
Possibly UK, the equipment was English designed & manufactured
Material: Thermoplastic body & removable top cap with a Brass collet assembly inside
Colour: 'Military' Green (ish), particularly the top cap as the main body leans towards a medium Green-Grey colouring.
The knob has straight, fluted sides (easy grip) with a wide skirt or flange at the base.
Height overall (including the push to fit top cap) 21.75mm
Top OD 18mm
Lower (skirt) OD 25.5mm
White pointer line on the skirt ONLY
Brass two piece collet assembly with an internal nut to tighten/loosen the collet (this is underneath the 'pop off' top cap)
VERY IMPORTANT!
The collet is to be used with a circular 6mm (MAXIMUM) diameter shaft i.e this knob will NOT fit a standard 1/4" control shaft
