Graded for Consumer Audio Use
These TDK's are fine for general use although if being used professionally or for long term archival storage of material, a complete technical assessment of the products being considered should be undertaken. I ran an audio post production business for 25+ years and the base CD-R product, in particular the dyes used and quality of reflective layer was critical to clients who intended to store their material for long periods of time. To a lesser extent, choosing a professional grade CD-R can help reduce those situations where a CD player simply will not read the media correctly. Back in those days we used HHB (Mitsui base product) for dropping masters off the DAT or HDR's onto the CD-R recorders for master & safety CD copies and for bulk audio duplication (less than 500 pieces) we used Taiyo Yuden product from known sources on our USA robotic duplicators (using the wonderful Plextor drives) - it is important to verify the manufacturing source of the CD-R media being considered as there used to be a lot of 'snake oil salemen' out there, probably still are!
I only mention these things because if you were looking to archive 'important' audio onto a CD-R, consider your choice of media carefully, do your homework and deal with a trusted supplier (and don't swallow some of the crap I read online about this subject!)
TDK - CD-R Blank Media
Made in Taiwan
AUDIO ~ MUSIC rated (by TDK)
Consumer grade
Part number: AP100956B
TDK marketing catch-cry "Life On Record"
700Mb capacity

Multi-speed compatible up to 40X
NOTE: Don't always be in such a hurry to burn your CD-R recording! Our professional robotic duplication machines always ran at just 8x speed - sometimes burning at high speed can cause issues in itself.
See photograph for the actual item, I do not use a "manufacturers marketing image"
Packaged individually within the ORIGINAL cellophane wrapped outside seal .... never ever accept a blank CD-R that has been 'shrink wrap' sealed, that's dead giveaway that the supplier is offering product that HAS been opened and resealed.
We used these TDK's for making local 'in-house' music recordings for playback during 'down time' and although still in the original box, the box has been partially used so I am offering these per each CD-R
