Cover is in very good condition, no tears, no significant edgewear, no seam splits and no personal writing. Oh yes, there is the name Susanna Clark on the front cover (lower left hand side) ... that is part of the original artwork and is a credit to the artist.
New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in very good condition, examined visually under a White halogen light source and I cannot see any marks or scratches on the vinyl. Just looking at the vinyl is not a great way to judge the condition so I then played the ENTIRE album, all tracks completely, and there are no issues with surface noise or click/pops.
