Front cover and rear inlay are both in very good condition, no personal writing as is the jewel case although the front of the case has some light scuff marks.
CD media is in good condition, visually inspected under a bright White halogen light source and I can see no marks or scratches on the media. Just looking at the disc is not a great way to judge the condition so I then played the ENTIRE album, every track completely, and there are no issues with playback at all.
