Dual CD jewel case, front cover and rear inlay are all in very good condition with no personal writing.
Both CD media are in very good condition, visually inspected under a bright White halogen light source and I can see NO marks or scratches on either disc. Just looking at the disc's is not the best way to judge the condition so I then played the ENTIRE release, both media and every track completely, and there are no issues with playback at all.
