The band moved on from the grunge rock style which began with the Innocent Criminals and transitioned to become far more aggressive and artistically mature art rock band ... the Neon Ballroom Tour was our first look into the "evolution" of both the band and Daniel Johns.
The video CD-ROM is well worth a look, not so much for the "making of" but a visual history of the band (Frogstomp, Freak etc) with dialogue by Daniel.

Four fold digipak, front diecut cover, both CD hubs and the internal booklet (including instructions on how to play the Video CD-ROM!) are all in good condition. No personal writing but some light scuff marks to the outer front and rear due to normal handling. Note the inside gig timetable for the Australian leg of the Neon Ballroom Tour printed inside one of the digipak folds.
Both CD media (CD Audio & CD ROM) are in good condition, visually inspected under a bright White halogen light source and I can see a couple of light scratches on both media. I then played the audio CD ENTIRELY, every track completely, and there were no issues with playback at all.
