Adderley Floral and Figurine China Co Ltd, was an English chinaware producer that was well known for their floral and figurine work ... here is a typical flower creation

ADDERLEY FLORAL - Pin Dish

Although the backstamp was used across the years 1950's ~ 1988, my wife feels this dish is circa 1970's based on the transferware decorations (not hand decorated) although the Gold gilding has been hand applied (Gilder's mark is present)

This chinaware is translucent, meaning that if held to a light source you can easily see the shadow of your fingers through the china.

Pattern: the name or code number is not indicated or known but these are definitely Purple Violets - actually a pattern that I can see in a number of other English chinaware products which are not from Adderley Floral that my wife has in her cabinets - almost identical pattern.
