BACKGROUND:
This external loudspeaker is NEW, extracted from boxed, sealed & obsoleted Transcom (Australia) communications equipment. It looks to be of the "no name" variety but well made and suited to commercial or consumer vehicles.
Comes packed in the White box as shown, inside is the loudspeaker ... support bracket with all hardware and the lead which is terminated with a 3.5mm plug.

Country of origin is unknown (not marked) but I suspect Taiwan as many of the equipment sub-sections did come from Taiwan

Inside is a 4 Ohm 3 Watt oval loudspeaker 85mm x 45mm
The speaker ID marking is simply 0434 (which is pretty meaningless) although I have suspicions that there is more print under the stickon foam pad ... I am not willing to lift this pad to find out.
Exiting from the rear is a 2.5 metre lead which is terminated with a 3.5mm TS (Mono) plug
