Oh Dear! This item has been sold but take a look around for other similar items

More goodies after one of my laboratory test equipment has been on the "operating table" and I now have these transistors, tested, to offer

I am no "backyard cowboy" when it comes to electronics and these components were carefully removed in a strict ESD safe environment and testing was also undertaken with great attention to ESD dangers.

A rather slow process removing each device "one by one" and carefully testing once removed but unless this is done, what is the point!

Why all the fuss?

Sustainability is the name of the game! Anything (that has been tested and still functioning properly) should be repurposed creating saving in wasted Ee and reducing the poisoning of our environment when items are buried in the earth at the local tip needlessly.

Never heard of Ee? It is a concept that creates a measurement of ALL things (not just electronics) that humans have made and the energy used in obtaining the raw material, processing the materials right through to a finished product and even should include the shipping of the item to the distributors/retailers.

If you would like to know more about Ee values, please take a look HERE

TOSHIBA - MOSFET Transistor (1)

USED

2SK1529

N Channel

Vdss 180V

Yfs 4.0S (typical)

Id 10A

Drain dissipation 120W maximum

Compliment is the 2SJ200 HERE

TESTING:

Every device has been tested as OK, prior to removal from the equipment all was well with the world (fully functional equipment) however the case was a bit sad and so the equipment was dismantled as an "organ donor"

PHYSICAL NOTES:

Of course this transistor has been de-soldered, handled and tested under very strict ESD conditions.

The leads are preformed into a "step" due to the manner in which they were mounted onto the large heatsink (see the photograph) I have made no changes to the leads at all.

The "step" of the leads is as follows:

Comes out from the body 2mm, right angle machine bend "upwards" 5mm, right angle machine bend back to the horizontal 4mm

NO silicon grease residue on the rear metal casing

These are packaged as follows: Legs all inserted into ESD foam, the transistor is then within a sealed ESD custom bag - safe and sound!

For my convenience I have packed these into "4 packs" but I am happy to supply singles as well, of course the more that are purchased then the lower the cost

*** Where the photograph shows multiple transistors, this advertisement is for ONE transistor only - not all that are shown ***

USED Exactly as described
