This section of the description applies equally to either item
USED
CLEAN
NO cracks
NO discolouration or wear to the bright White china background or the decorative artwork
NO discolouration to the bright White china INSIDE the creamer jug or the sugar bowl
NO crazing observed (wet & dry tested)
NO fleabites
Creamer Jug: Gold gilding is in very good condition with no signs of handling or washing wear, even around the top rim and the handle - these are often areas that show handling wear.
Sugar bowl: Gold gilding is in very good condition with no signs of handling or washing wear to the top rim however on the lower foot ring there is a very short section (measures approximately 1.3mm length) of the gilding that is missing - it doesn't look like wear but either it left the works in this condition or somehow this very short section of the applied gilding "came away" from the china.
A cute, small creamer jug and sugar bowl set made just for "tea for two"!
