Suffix C relates to the current gain (β) and in this case, should lay between 200 ~ 450

Being a C suffix device, the datasheets indicate an expected hFE range 450~900 with a typical value around 600 - these particular devices measure at the low end of this range (see testing below)

Although these are new (old stock) devices, I only have a few so some basic gain testing has been undertaken. Measured HFe ranged from 400 ~ 530 with the majority being around 450
