Siemens datasheets indicate the hFE should be in the range 100 ~ 250 with 160 being typical
TESTING:
I made some quick tests on the devices. I didn't wish to spend a great deal of time testing every device so I have "batch tested" ten devices, with the expectation that the remaining devices will show similar average results. The measured hFE range is very tight, with gain range being from 138 ~ 145 and the majority around the 141 ~ 143 mark.
