In our audio post production business "many moons ago" we used many different types of turntables, from the venerable Technics SP10's, Planar, LP12's, Dual's of various kinds and so many more. I had a personal interest in turntables as well and tended to collect just about any turntable that looked interesting - although in the budget category, this turntable has an interesting feature ...
Multi-play (repeat) function although I never used this, generally you listen to a piece of vinyl once and move on but if ever you wanted to, you could set this turntable to play the vinyl twice, thrice or even for all eternity over and over and over!
I was recently using this turntable, it ran fine EXCEPT I did look into a significant problem it had, it would not turn OFF when the tonearm was at rest! Feeling rested after my holiday, I took a good look at what was going on ... I discovered it had a mechanical issue with the cam and actuating lever and after thinking about it, I decided this turntable was going to go up on the workbench for "the operation" - Yes, it has become an organ donor so that another Q310 can live again!

Tone Arm : Straight format 230mm length
Tone Arm Headshell with 2x Aluminium bolts/nuts for the cartridge
Tone Arm Counterbalance weight
Anti-skate system which includes the metallic Silver control knob, nylon gear and hairline spring
Tone Arm rest post with 'flip lock'
Tone Arm lifter with spring & adjustment screw
NO cartridge or styli is supplied - ready for a new one!
CONDITION:
As removed from the sacrificial Q310, which was running just fine (except it would not turn off!) prior to "the operation"
All components are CLEAN
Tone Arm is unscratched and certainly not physically damaged! Bearing & pivot are fine. The same applies to the headshell, cartridge connectors and the wiring - none of the wires which run inside the tubing have been damaged or shortened.
Anti-skate knob is clean, undamaged including the text on the knob
Tone Arm rest is in good condition ... SPECIAL NOTE ... removal of this rest post is not an easy task, it is a simple clip lock system but the factory has added glue (just to make life interesting) ... to remove your old arm rest requires patience and carefully work on removing that glue and then it should simply 'pull out' No other component was as difficult to remove as this one!
As you can see in the photograph, each small section is now within it's own sealed clear plastic packet and then the whole lot have been placed onto a stiff cardboard base and then have been placed into yet another sealed clear plastic packet - this should make it easier for the new owner to sort out which parts they need for the restoration or servicing they are about to undertake.
