Picture cover is in good condition with no personal writing front or rear.
New plastic inner sleeve
Vinyl is in very good condition, visually examined under a bright White halogen light source and I can only see a couple of very light scratches or marks on either side. Just looking at the vinyl is not a good way to judge the condition so I then played the ENTIRE release, both sides, and there are no issues with surface noise nor clicks/pops.
