Album cover is in very good condition, meaning that there are no seam splits, no tears, no graphic damage, light edgewear from handling and no personal writing.
New inner plastic liner sleeve
Vinyl record is in very good condition. Visually inspected under a bright White halogen light source and I can see just a couple of very light marks or scratches on either side. Just looking at the vinyl is not a good method to judge the condition so I then played the ENTIRE album, all tracks on both sides, and there are no issues with surface noise nor clicks n pops - nice playback.
