Cover (lightly embossed) is in very good condition, no personal writing, no tears, no graphic discolouration and only very light edge wear from normal handling. The only downside I noticed was the White front promo label has what appear to be light "mildew" type spots on it, no smells though.
New plastic inner sleeve
Vinyl is in good (minus) condition, visually inspected under a bright White halogen light source and I can see a number of light scratches, more so on Side 2 than Side 1. Just looking at the vinyl is not a great way to judge the condition so I have played the album ENTIRELY, both sides. Surface noise is slightly elevated on Side 1 although (in my opinion) not an issue and very listenable. Side 2 has what I would describe as some light "scuff marks" and this again has slightly elevated surface noise (swishing sound not click click click) but this is really across the first two tracks on Side 2. Even with that said, Side 2 is also a very good play in my opinion.
