Cover is in very good condition, no personal writing and edges are fine with no seam splits.
New plastic inner sleeve
Vinyl is in good condition, visually inspected under a bright White halogen light source and I cannot see any scratches although there is an overall "dullness" to the surface on both sides, I have seen this before being caused by a previous leeching liner sleeve but usually has no affect on the playback. Just looking at the vinyl is not a great way to judge the condition so I then played the ENTIRE release, both sides, and there are NO issues with surface noise nor clicks/pops - a really good playback
