Way back in the mists of time Anne makes it to Australian Idol, she loves singing and by all accounts had a great time on Idol and the passionate flame for singing had been lit so after her Idol days she put together a girl group, ... Sultry Sally.

While the group didn't continue for too long, it was all about the passion for singing and gaining experience ... particularly live.

They sound great, very slick and polished ... yet another piece of Australian musical history, and the history is important - how can you know where you are going when you don't know where you've been?

Sultry Sally members:

Anne Robertson

Nat

Nicky

Sera

There is not a lot of information about the girls online (probably wise!) and their own website is now non-functional but HERE is a link to an interview with Anne by Lauren Katulka, on the Sounds Of Oz website

Australian release

Digipak packaging and the CD hub clamp are in good condition although there is a slight 'wave" to the front of the digipak. The reason for this wave is that this release was received completely sealed but in shrink wrap, not cellowrap. The tight fit of the shrink wrap caused this slight ripple or wave to the front. No personal writing on the packaging or CD face.

CD media is in very good condition, visually inspected and I can see NO marks or scratches on the media, this was actually sealed and unplayed as it has been in our "music vaults" from the old audio post production days. I then played the ENTIRE release, all tracks, and there are NO issues with playback at all - very good sounding release from the girls!
