New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in good condition, visually inspected under a bright White halogen light source and I can see a couple of short, light scratches on Side A and none on Side B. Just looking at the vinyl is not a good method to judge the condition so I then played the ENTIRE single, both sides, and there are no issues with surface noise nor clicks n pops - Kate powers on through Side A, no problems at all.
