New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in very good condition, visually examined using a bright White halogen light source and I can see just one extremely light scratch on Side A and a couple of light scratches on Side B. Just looking at your vinyl is not really a good way to judge the condition so I played the ENTIRE release, both sides, and there are absolutely NO issues with surface noise or clicks/pops on Side A but Side B does have 3x low level clicks near the runout area - no dramas though.
