New inner protective sleeve
Vinyl is in good condition, visually inspected under a bright White halogen light source and I can a light scratch on Side A (Madonna) and a very light scratch on Side B. Just looking at the vinyl is not a great way to judge the condition so I played this single, both sides, ENTIRELY and there are no issues with surface noise nor clicks n pops
