Generic Black Apple label cover is in good condition, no writing on the labels, no significant tears, no seam splits - just a bit tired looking after 50 years, it happens to all of us!
New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in very good condition, visually inspected under a bright White halogen light source and I can see no marks or scratches on either side. Just looking at the vinyl is not a great way to judge the condition so I then played both sides ENTIRELY, and there are no issues with surface noise or click/pops.
