New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in good condition, visually inspected under a bright White halogen light source and while I can see no marks or scratches on Side A, there are a few very light ~ light scuff marks on Side B near the run-in area. I then played the single ENTIRELY, both sides, and there are no issues with surface noise nor clicks n pops
