Paragon China (1919 ~ 1960) was based in Longton, Stoke-On-Kent and produced very high quality fine china with a range of stunning designs, particularly breakfast settings.
Over it's history, the company was awarded a number of Royal warrants and eventually Paragon became part of the Royal Doulton group (1972)
I have other Paragon chinaware HERE
PARAGON CHINA LTD - Small Footed Vase ONLY
Made in England
Pattern name: Victoriana Rose
This was an extremely popular pattern in the day, Paragon did produce a lot of rose based designs at this time.
Circa period 1960's (based on the transferware decorative technique and the backstamp text & design)
Fine White China
Translucent, meaning if held to the light you can see your fingers through the china
Examining the decorations extremely closely, I believe this to be transfer decorated and not hand painted (significant "dot" patterning)
Feathered Gold gilding has been applied to the top rim & the footed base area, with solid Gold gilding to each side lug (knob like handle to assist in lifting and carrying the vase).
The Victoriana Rose pattern depicts roses Pink & White roses with foliage.

Both the decorative technique used and the backstamp text and design strongly suggests this small vase dates from the 1960's and here is a closeup photograph of the backstamp
Note that there are no artist nor gilder's markings
