Not so easy to find these days but still useful ... the bantam format (4mm) was widely used in telephony, especially jack fields, but also can be found in synthesisers and professional audio products

NO physical damage to the body or the PC pins
To maintain the current condition I have placed this socket onto a styro foam pad (pin protection) and then within a sealed clear plastic packet
