HISTORY:
I am cleaning up ALL the various leads, patch cables and interesting "offcuts" that we had on hand hanging around in the general workshop area.
This short length of the reknown L-2T2S Canare cable is a reel off cut, just 200cm in length but emminently suitable for a quality balanced or unbalanced patch lead.

6.0mm diameter 2-conductor cable
High density braided, tinned copper shield (composed of 60 thin strands of copper wire)
Low handling noise when in use.
Nice "to the touch" flexible sheath which is well known to be very stable across a wide ambient temperature range i.e when the air gets a bit cooler, the cable doesn't feel like uncooked spaghetti!
The braided shield is tight, underneath this is a wound paper tape followed by a White cloth and finally, the twin cores which are colour coded Blue and White. These cores are multi-strand and bare Copper, not tinned.
All of this internal insulation means that the cable capacitance to the shield is very low, maximising the frequency response.
Cable sheath is 5.75mm OD
We used rolls and rolls of this cable over the years and I think this is probably the last of the 2T2S cable hanging around here now.
COSMETIC CONDITION:
NO damage or "nicks" in the sheath
NO damage to the internal structure of the cable.
This short length of Canare 2T2S low signal level audio cable is now within a sealed, clear plastic packet while it waits a magical transformation (it's dream in life) to become a patchbay lead! Something every length of quality audio cable aspires to!
