Sustainability is the name of the game! Anything (that has been tested and still functioning properly) should be repurposed creating saving in wasted Ee and reducing the poisoning our environment when items are buried in the earth at the local tip needlessly.
Never heard of Ee? It is a concept that creates a measurement of ALL things (not just electronics) that humans have made and the energy used in obtaining the raw material, processing the materials right through to a finished product and even should include the shipping of the item to the distributors/retailers.

This CANARE quality audio cable is NEW, old stock from our previous business but offcuts. Just about all the GS-6 has gone to new workshops and studios and while "cleaning up" I found these three random lengths of GS-6 sitting on a shelf waiting to be made into patch leads or adaptor cables.
Not going to happen ... I am well out of the game now so these GS-6 (Black only, all the colours left a while ago) short lengths need to find new owners.
We made squillions of audio leads using this very well respected cable and when teamed up with a nice high quality Switchcraft connector, you have a lead that can be relied upon to do it's job every time.
There is nothing wrong with this cable other than the fact it is of a short length, only good for things such as patch leads etc

Costed on the basis of A$1.50 per metre (damn low price for GS-6) and the cost per metre reduces further if more packs are purchased.

Beware of fake CANARE cables, over the years I have seen these faux-Canare cables because "unscrupulous manufacturers" look to make a "quick buck" from high value products (genuine CANARE cable is not cheap) and the tell tale signs are missing text from the sheath, I even came across one cable supplied to us once with CANARE spelt incorrectly! Often the "feel" of the cable is a dead giveaway as genuine CANARE cable has a very "nice" feel.
