Cover is in good condition, very clean, no tears, no seam splits but there are few light "marks" on the front cover and a partial vinyl ring to the rear (topside area). I believe there was a single credits sheet insert originally, if so, this is missing.
New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in very good condition, inspected under a white halogen light source and I can see no significant scratches on either side. Just looking at the vinyl is not a great way to judge the condition so I then played the ENTIRE album, both sides. There are no issues with surface noise nor clicks/pops.
New outer protective sleeve
