This release looks to be promotional material for DJ Johnny // WYZ Records. As such, the asking price is really just for the new J card case used, not the CD & content material.
There is a bit of information "floating around" about this artist but he seems to be inactive (at least under this name) these days. He had trademarked the name DJ WYZ RECORDS but that was not renewed. Same story for an ABN previously held. Looks to have been in the "general party" entertainment business, such as clubs, private functions, local cruises and International cruising although that must have been a long time ago because one of the snapshots shows the cruise ship being the Fairstar (The Fun Ship), it went "out of service" for P&O in 1997

J card case and simple 2 page printed front cover are in very good condition. The CD face has no catalogue number and the mention of SONY (SMEA) is only due to the fact that they pressed the CD, they did not produce or promote it.
CD media is in very good condition, visually inspected under a bright white halogen light source and I can see no marks or scratches on the media at all. I then played the ENTIRE release, every single track, and there are no issues with playback at all.
TRACKS: 12 Unidentified song titles. I have tried a number of music recognition sources but all have come up blank. I believe these are all self created, not sampled product. Genre is loosely House, emphasis on the electronica with very little vocal work.
