Standard cassette case is in very good condition, meaning there are no cracks or pieces missing, no personal writing. Pad printed White on a clear clamshell which is the plastic welded type, meaning that if ever you wished to get "inside" (for relubing or whatever) you cannot do this without a fair chance of completely destroying the clamshell!
Before playing I repacked the tape (wound fully forward then backwards to the beginning so that the tape is re-tensioned) and carefully visually inspected the clamshell, rollers and head pressure pad - no issues with the shell or tape at all.
The audio is clean and sounds very good, wide frequency range with no apparent high frequency drop off, no "drop outs" and the program material has been played on both Side A & Side B entirely.
