CD case, front booklet and rear insert are all in very good condition with no personal writing, also includes a single page promo for Neil's other albums.
CD media is in very good condition, inspected under a bright White halogen light source and I cannot see any marks or scratches on the media. I then played the ENTIRE album, all tracks, and there are no issues with playback at all.
