5 Pole Line Socket
I think this is an older model of 5 pole DIN line socket from RS Electronics, UK. Many of our supply connectors came from that source. There are no markings on the socket at all.

NO physical damage to the metal body or rubber boot HOWEVER ...
I noticed two very small areas on the chrome like coating over the metal body that have failed over time - a light "bubbling" to the metal body plating. It will not affect the operation of the socket but it just doesn't look perfect-new.
I have cleaned the contact areas as best I could, the Silver plating oxides over time (turns a dirty Brownish colour) and the contact areas look acceptable now.
Now stored in a sealed clear plastic packet
