While the Red, Black and sometimes Yellow bodies are quite common, we had these Green bodied RCA plugs on hand to be made into datalink cables for use with old (actually very old) audio equipment which used hard wired serial communications for control of the equipment - the Green just made the cable more conspicuous.
Nothing fancy about these, that is why I have called them "budget" style - plastic body not metal with an adequate cable clamp and centre pin solder tag.

All plastic body which screws onto a plastic thread laid on top of the metal work, this is a weak point and it should be kept in mind never to use undue torque or side movement when threading/unthreading or you may strip the thread.
Standard centre pin (rivetted) with a solder tag and an area for soldering the signal ground/Earth wire of the cable, which is kept in place with a normal (fairly small) cable squeeze clamp.
There is no insulating tube supplied
The contact areas are all Nickel plated
