HEADS UP!
Part of the advertisement title has ISSUES mentioned ... like so many of these "budget" compilation releases, they were well played and not so well cared for.
This album, while still very playable, is one of those.
Read on if you don't mind a bit of surface noise and some clicks n pops

Cover is in very good condition, no tears, no seam splits, edges have only light handling wear and no personal writing. Just one note here though, if you look at the lower edge (near the left hand corner) you may notice a hole punched right through the cover. That is a typical "product deletion" indicator, meaning that the record was returned to the distributor at some stage, not because it was faulty but usually these were product "recalls" various reasons e.g The Rolling Stones had this happen to one of their albums when they used people's faces on the cover without permission from those people.

Vinyl is in good (minus) condition, visually inspected under a bright White halogen light source I can see a number of light scratches or scuff marks on either side of this release. Just looking at the vinyl is a not a great way to judge the overall condition so I then played this album ENTIRELY, both sides and all tracks. There are issues with surface noise and clicks n pops of a low level and here is an outline of what I heard ...
PLAY REPORT:
Side One
Track 1: low level surface noise at times but of a very low level
Tracks 2,3 play fine
Track 4 (right near the end) I heard two very short mistracking events - no horrible thumps, just a syllable is dropped, twice
Track 5 strange effect not far into this song, strange because this is not a traditional click or pop but suddenly the music distorts momentarily (no mistrack) and then back to 'normal' again.
Track 6 right near the beginning of this track is a medium level SINGLE click, followed by a little of that distortion heard in Track 5 (again, very briefly) followed by a very short (just a syllable is dropped again) mistrack and then the song continues on with life as normal.
The remaining songs on this side are fine (Sigh of relief!)
Side Two
Nothing really significant to report on Side 2, yes there is some elevated surface noise at times and some single or multiple click events but none of these are overly dramatic and certainly no mistracking was heard
