For those who can remember ... Davy, Peter, Michael & Mickey

As at June 2025, only Mickey survives and apparently still tours performing their well known songs

Hey, hey, we're the Monkees
And people say we monkey around
But we're too busy singing
To put anybody down

Crazy wacky "manufactured" television pop group of the late 60's - some despise the fact that The Monkees were basically created for the television series but Geez! Lighten Up!

Hey! in the flower power days of the 1960's they were "hip" and totally relatable to my generation (I was a teenager in the '60's). They were silly, happy, fun loving guys who loved the girls (and the girls loved them, especially Davy) and many of their songs were all about lost loves, desired loves and relationships between boys and girls in general - all things of great interest to a young person at the time

Australian release

CD jewel case, front booklet and rear inlay are all in very good condition with no personal writing.

CD media is in very good condition, visually inspected under a bright White halogen light source and I can see just two marks OUTSIDE the data area (near the outer edge) which would not affect playback. I have then played the ENTIRE release, every track, and there are absolutely no issues with playback at all.

TRACKS: (Theme From) The Monkees, Last Train To Clarksville, Take A Giant Step, Saturday's Child, I'm A Believer, I Wanna Be Free, (I'm Not Your) Steppin' Stone, She, A Little Bit Of Me A Little Bit Of You, Mary Mary, The Girl I Knew Somewhere, Look Out Here Comes Tomorrow, Shades Of Gray, Sometime In The Morning, For Pete's Sake, Forget That Girl, Randy Scouse Git, You Just May Be The One, Pleasant Valley Sunday, Words, Daydream Believer, Goin' Down, What I Am I Doing Hangin' 'Round, Cuddly Toy, Valleri, Porpoise Sing (Theme From "Head"), Listen To The Band, That Was Then This Is Now, Heart And Soul

Hey Davy! Love your very 1960's coat!
