HEADS UP!
Part of the advertisement title has ISSUES mentioned ... like so many of these "budget" compilation releases, they were well played and not so well cared for.
This album, while still very playable, is one of those.
Read on if you don't mind a bit of surface noise and some clicks n pops

Australian release
Cover is in good condition, meaning that there are no tears, no seam splits and no personal writing although there is medium edge wear from a lot of handling over the years.

Vinyl is in good (minus) condition, visually inspected under a bright White halogen light source I can see a number of light scratches or scuff marks on either side of this release. Just looking at the vinyl is a not a great way to judge the overall condition so I then played this album ENTIRELY, both sides and all tracks. There are issues with surface noise and clicks n pops of a low level and here is an outline of what I heard ...
PLAY REPORT:
Side One
Elevated level of noise Side 1 run-in area and into the first minute or so of track 1
Track 1 low ~ medium level surface noise initially, this changing to a few low level clicks and then ... no more noises" just 'It's A Heart Ache'! (song title)
Track 2 More low level clicks, primarily around the half way mark through this instrumental track
Track 3 Instrumental track, there is occasional surface noise but generally of a low level
Track 4 Low ~ medium level surface noise caused by scuffing to the surface, pretty constant throughout this track
Track 5 A continuation of the low ~ medium level surface noise experienced on Track 4 but it eventually dies away around half way through the song
Track 6 ~ 8 are all fine, the occasional low level surface noise but quite a bit quieter than the previous tracks
Side Two
Track 1 While ABBA gets 'underway' there are few intial clicks n pops but surface noise is not a big problem - quite a good play on this track
Track 2 A few short duration clicks indicating short scratching but overall, this track is not a bad play at all
Track 3 A fairly constant low level click has now begun (due to quite a long, light scratch) which endures throughout this track. Still quite listenable but definitely with the click click click (low level) in the background - you might say it suits the song title "On And On"
Track 4 The clicks continue but of a gradually reducing level, if clicks annoy you ... this will do the trick!
Track 5 Yes, more of the clicks but again of a low level and quite frankly Eruption performing this song knocks the clicks right out of the field!
Track 6 Suddenly the clicks evaporate (largely) making for a very good playback of this track.
Tracks 7 ~ 8 are very similar to Track 6, just the occasional low level click event until near the end of Track 8 where some more constant low level clicks occur (poor handling of the tonearm when lifting off the record) overall though, these last three tracks are not bad for playback.
